Once your order has been shipped, delivered, or taken home, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  If damage of goods occurs during shipping, we will review each case individually for an exchange.

All of our harvest formulas are hand-prepared in small seasonal batches, following the natural rhythms of our sourcing and production.

Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be carefully processed, prepared, and dispatched. Each parcel is handled with the care your ritual deserves.

For international orders, kindly allow an additional 5–7 working days following dispatch to accommodate customs clearance and international delivery procedures, depending on your location.
