SECTION 19- SHIPPING, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS We ship domestically via the DPD Postal Service Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express and Worldwide Via DPD and DHL Express. If your item is in stock they ship between 4-5 business days at £5 per parcel. If your item is sold out back orders ship between 6-7 business days. Once your order ships you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number. Once your item ships we have no control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you. Please contact them and hold them responsible for package delays. We ship Worldwide. Once your item ships via DHL Express it takes from 3-5 Business Days. We are not responsible for your country’s customs handling or tax charges. They are completely separate and we cannot determine what those charges will be if any. Click and collect will usually be ready within 1 business days of placing orders. Customers should wait for a collection confirmation email before attending the store for collection. Orders can be cancelled or amended 1hr after placing order and after that the order sticks as placed.
